Acrel-2000ES Energy Storage Energy Management System
The Acrel-2000ES Energy Storage Energy Management System (EMS) offers comprehensive energy storage monitoring and management capabilities. It covers detailed information on energy storage system components such as the Power Conversion System (PCS), Battery Management System (BMS), meters, fire protection, air conditioning, and more. The system supports functions like data acquisition, processing, storage, querying, and analysis, along with visualization, alarm management, and statistical reporting. It also supports advanced energy dispatch applications, including planned curves, peak shaving and valley filling, demand control, and backup power functionalities.
In addition, the Acrel-2000ES EMS provides real-time monitoring and historical data analysis of battery performance. Based on this analysis, it implements intelligent allocation strategies to control the charging and discharging of batteries, optimizing their performance and extending their lifespan. The system is compatible with the Windows operating system and uses SQL Server for its database management. This EMS can be deployed in both integrated energy storage cabinets and energy storage containers, serving as a specialized software platform for managing energy storage devices.
The Acrel-2000ES Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Energy Management System (EMS) is designed for use in commercial and industrial energy storage integrated cabinets and energy storage containers.
Data Acquisition
Battery Management System (BMS) Data Collection: The system collects and displays crucial data from each battery group, including total voltage, current, average temperature, State of Charge (SOC), State of Health (SOH), charge/discharge current and power limits, single cell voltage, single cell temperature, balancing status of each cell, fault and alarm information, historical charge/discharge capacity, energy, capacity, chargeable capacity, dischargeable capacity, and the number of charge/discharge cycles.
PCS System Data Collection: The system gathers and displays relevant parameters of the Power Conversion System (PCS), such as DC-side voltage/current/power, three-phase active power, reactive power, three-phase voltage, three-phase current, power factor, frequency, operating status, alarm and fault information. Additionally, it records daily energy input/output and cumulative energy input/output.
Energy Storage System Status Collection: The system collects various status signals from the energy storage system, including main circuit status (e.g., switch position, trip signals, protection action signals, and abnormal signals).
2.Data Processing
Real-Time Data Display and Processing: The system provides real-time data display and processing capabilities, ensuring that collected data is promptly available for monitoring and analysis.
Power Quality Data Analysis: It collects power quality data from smart meters, the PCS system, and monitoring devices, performing statistical analysis and displaying the results.
Rationality Check and Alarm Management: The energy management system conducts rationality checks on the collected data and issues limit alarms when necessary, ensuring data integrity and system safety.
